Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist to lead and conduct laboratory experiments for the biophysical characterization of protein reagents. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project needs and relay information back to the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, execute, and analyze laboratory experiments to assess the biophysical/binding properties of antibody and non-antibody protein reagents using BLI, SPR, and other technologies.
  • Develop and validate regulated pharmacokinetic, immunogenicity, and biomarker immunoassays.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project needs and relay information back to the group.
  • Lead projects and provide oversight of experimental design and data review for junior staff members.
  • Troubleshoot assay problems and instrument malfunctions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Life Science field.
  • 7+ years of academic and/or industry experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of BLI or SPR.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively work across levels and functions with both internal and external stakeholders.
