Key Responsibilities- Provide pharmaceutical care to patients, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders
- Counsel patients on their medication needs and provide education on proper use and potential side effects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and regulations
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree
- Pharmacy license in the state of California
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program
