Job Summary:

Community Memorial Health System is seeking a highly skilled Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will provide pharmaceutical care to customers and serve as a pharmaceutical educational/informational resource for our health care workers and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide pharmaceutical care to customers
  • Function as a pharmaceutical educational/informational resource for our health care workers and customers
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical research and developments

Requirements:

  • Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent; or four (4) plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Pharmacy degree or equivalency exam
  • Current CA Pharmacy license
  • Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations
  • Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as pharmacokinetics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm D)
  • Pharmacy Residency
