Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and modifying legal documents including NDAs and contracts
  • Supporting corporate governance initiatives and compliance protocols
  • Performing legal research and analytical tasks
  • Collaborating with the legal department and external partners
  • Organizing and securely managing corporate legal documents and processes

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a corporate paralegal role
