Care Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Supervisor to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will have the opportunity to lead by example and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
In this position, you will provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations. You will also oversee the delivery of direct resident care by Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) staff.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:- Provide nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
- Supervise CNA staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.
- Ability to relate positively to residents and families.
- Capable of maintaining regular attendance.
- Ability to supervise other employees and work cooperatively to achieve resident care objectives.
- Meet local health regulations and pass a post-offer health assessment.
- Physical and sensory requirements: walking, reaching, climbing, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling, ability to hear and respond to pages; ability to distinguish smells, tastes and temperatures, ability to read and write, ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with residents, families, personnel, vendors and consultants; ability to remain calm under stress.
- BLS certification.
Annual Salary: $72,000 - $92,000, based on experience.
