Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Specialist.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Split Shifts
Shifts Available: Evening and Overnight
We provide Guard Card Certification upon hiring (Inquire for more details).
Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license for the state of application. All candidates must be able to meet our driving standards.
The ideal candidate for the Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Specialist role will be tasked with delivering security services at designated sites. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting vehicle patrols of the exterior premises of assigned locations.
- Performing foot patrols of both interior and exterior areas.
- Monitoring and reporting any suspicious activities or individuals.
- Documenting detailed reports and maintaining daily activity logs.
- Enforcing established rules, regulations, and policies while responding to emergencies requiring security intervention.
- Utilizing advanced wireless technology for checkpoints, real-time reporting, and documentation at client-specific sites.
- Availability for both full-time and part-time shifts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license for the state of application.
- Must be eligible to obtain a valid Guard License as mandated by state regulations.
- Successful completion of a background check and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol screening is required.
- Must maintain active status of all required licenses and carry them while on duty.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Intermediate computer skills are necessary to utilize innovative technology at client sites.
Essential Physical and Mental Functions:
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods on various surfaces.
- Occasional climbing of stairs, ramps, or ladders.
- Ability to bend and twist as needed to perform various tasks.
- Occasional lifting or carrying of items up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to run when necessary.
- Frequent use of hands and arms for various tasks including writing reports.
- Constant visual acuity to observe surroundings and interact with the public.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in diverse environments, including adverse weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and mental alertness is required.
- Ability to manage pressure while interacting with the public.
