Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team at Innovative Consulting & Management Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in a federal government facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, inspect, and repair pipes and plumbing systems to ensure proper functioning of building fixtures
  • Identify and fix leaks and blockages, replacing broken parts as needed and testing the plumbing system
  • Maintain accurate records of work, materials, and supplies, documenting work status and details against Work Orders in the CMMS system
  • Perform regular maintenance of plumbing systems, including installation and inspection
  • Support on-call shifts as part of a rolling schedule
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
  • An active and unrestricted Plumber license by the State Board of Plumbing Examiners is required, or a minimum of a Journeyman License
  • Minimum of five years of full-time experience in the plumbing trade on large complex buildings, with a focus on maintaining and repairing building plumbing systems
  • Have held a Journeyman Plumber license for at least two years
  • U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residency is required
  • Must pass and maintain a clean background investigation suitable for operating on a Federal Facility
  • Must successfully pass drug screening prior to employment and random screening through their employment
