We are looking for a highly motivated Sr. Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at MAG Aerospace. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by planning, executing, and managing the testing process.
Responsibilities:- Test Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement effective test strategies to meet business objectives and ensure high-quality software releases.
- Testing and Quality Assurance
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify and report defects.
- Collaboration with Development Team
- Work collaboratively with software developers to resolve defects, improve code quality, and enhance overall software performance.
- Process Improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize testing efficiency, reduce defects, and enhance quality.
