**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly qualified Assistant Professor to join our team at the University of Colorado. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a critical role in shaping the academic experience of our students.

About the Position

This is a full-time, 9-month appointment with a 3-3 teaching load. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in their area of expertise, as well as advising students and contributing to departmental service.

Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Behavioral Health and Wellness
  • Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with departmental goals and objectives
  • Advise students on academic and career-related matters
  • Contribute to departmental service, including committee work and professional development

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in a relevant field
  • Experience teaching at the university level
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a higher education setting
  • Knowledge of behavioral health and wellness principles and practices
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative curriculum
