Key Responsibilities:
This role will be based at our state-of-the-art facility.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Ensures the effective use of the organization's facilities. Evaluates and assesses the physical space needs of the organization and proposes plans to address those needs. Maintains the proper functioning of facilities through regular inspections and maintenance.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts repairs and maintenance on the organization's facilities, systems, or equipment.

Receives maintenance requests from employees, tenants, customers, or visitors.

Ensures timely completion of work and prioritizes requests based on urgency.


Performs inspections and executes preventative maintenance or necessary repairs on facilities or systems, which may include mechanical or electrical systems, HVAC, environmental management systems, generators, or safety systems.

Facilitates basic repairs and coordinates with specialists for more complex issues.

Schedules maintenance or repairs to minimize disruption to operations whenever feasible.

ROLE IMPACT:
Executes manual tasks following established procedures.

Requires fundamental skills in analytical or scientific methods or operational processes.

Operates within clearly defined standard operating procedures and adheres to quality standards.

Works under close supervision.

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
Vocational/Technical Training Degree

Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education and/or Experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Vocational/Technical Training Degree

2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Preferred for this Role:
Experience in an Industrial Maintenance Manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Strong Problem-Solving Skills

Technical Proficiency

Ability to meet deadlines

Attention to Detail

Capacity to lift/move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

Physical Stamina

Preferred Experience:
Experience with startups, including project planning and establishing business processes, management systems, and work instructions is desirable.

Physical Demands:
Regular movement throughout the facilities is required.
