About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commissioning QAQC Project Manager to join our team at Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our data center team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex commissioning projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead commissioning projects for large data center builds, ensuring compliance with ASHRAE, CSA, and LEED commissioning requirements.
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and checklists to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including General Contractors, trades, inspectors, and AHJs, to execute commissioning activities.
  • Conduct thorough commissioning design drawing and specification reviews, as well as submittal reviews.
  • Perform mechanical and electrical testing, and analyze and report on test results.
Requirements
  • Recognized university technical degree or equivalent, with a preference for an engineering degree.
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant mechanical or electrical engineering and/or field-testing experience.
  • Minimum 4+ years of data center experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and organize multiple project schedules.
