Position: Industrial Sewing Machine Operator
As an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator, you will be integral to our production process, creating high-quality sports apparel. Ideal candidates will possess skills in operating various industrial sewing machines, interpreting garment patterns, and upholding our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately interpret garment patterns and operate sewing machines
- Produce sample garments and fulfill scheduled production units
- Conduct repairs on garments as necessary
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure timely and quality production
- Consistently meet established production targets
- Perform quality inspections on finished products
- Knowledge of sewing and cutting techniques
- At least 1 year of experience with industrial sewing machines
- Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to engage in repetitive tasks
- Must be 18 years or older
