**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Service Specialist to join our team at Navy Federal Credit Union. As a Financial Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, handling their financial needs, and ensuring that they have access to the best possible financial solutions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial products and services, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also be able to build strong relationships with members, understand their financial goals, and provide personalized recommendations to help them achieve those goals.

In this role, you will be working closely with our members, listening to their concerns, answering their questions, and providing guidance on various financial products and services. You will also be responsible for analyzing member accounts, identifying opportunities to improve their financial situation, and making recommendations to help them achieve their goals.

As a Financial Service Specialist, you will be an ambassador for Navy Federal Credit Union, representing our values of honesty, integrity, and transparency. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure that our members receive the highest level of service.

**Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to members, handling their financial needs and ensuring they have access to the best possible financial solutions.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Location:** Mansfield, TX.
