Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain accurate individual demographic, clinical, and insurance information from patients and their families.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Spectrum Health System policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare registration or related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
