As a Sales Estimator, you will play a critical role in achieving our mission by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer needs and develop customized insulation solutions.
  • Present quotes and proposals to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Negotiate agreements and ensure timely project completion.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, product enhancements, and market trends to stay ahead of competitors.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in construction or a related industry.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:
  • Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
