Job Summary:

ProScape Lawn and Landscape Services, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our commercial and residential mowing, landscaping, hardscaping, and snow removal services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop new field team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their job roles efficiently and safely.
  • Work closely with our Account Managers to ensure the highest quality service for our customers.
  • Conduct quality site assessments (QSA's) and provide coaching and feedback to team members on opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Oversee multiple crews and ensure they are working efficiently and effectively to meet company-wide targets.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in commercial/residential mowing, landscaping, hardscaping, and snow removal.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly desirable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
