Kent Quality Foods, a reputable family-owned enterprise and a prominent player in the food processing sector, is currently seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Specialist. This role is essential for maintaining a clean and safe environment within our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
  • Prior experience in custodial services is advantageous.
  • Manage waste disposal by emptying, cleaning, and replacing liners in trash receptacles.
  • Conduct sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting of all facility areas.
  • Regularly sanitize breakrooms, ensuring cleanliness of refrigerators, tables, chairs, sinks, microwaves, floors, windows, and drinking fountains.
  • Maintain hygiene in restrooms, sanitizing and restocking as necessary.
  • Oversee the organization of the supply closet.
  • Clean doors, windows, walls, baseboards, light fixtures, and stairways throughout the premises.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
