Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist

The Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist position at AmSpec LLC is a key role that requires a strong understanding of the M&A process and its various stages. As an M&A Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying potential acquisition targets, conducting thorough market and financial analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets.
- Conduct comprehensive market and financial analyses.
- Develop financial models and perform valuations.
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams on negotiations.
- Ensure a smooth handoff with Post-Merger Integration teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in M&A or related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other data visualization tools.
- Language skills: Spanish or Mandarin preferred.
