What to Anticipate as an Emergency Veterinary Technician at Grady Veterinary HospitalThis position focuses on emergency care during the night shift.
Our typical full-time schedule includes:
- 7 consecutive nights: 9 PM - 7 AM
- Followed by 7 days off
Applicants must be willing to adhere to this one-week-on, one-week-off schedule, which not only promotes work-life balance but also enhances the continuity of care for our hospitalized patients.
Grady Veterinary Hospital is a bustling, 24-hour, AAHA-accredited facility.
We seek candidates who are eager to advance their careers in veterinary medicine and possess:
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Proficient written and verbal communication abilities
- Capability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment
- A valid CVT, RVT, or LVT credential from an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology program is mandatory.
