Academic Instructor

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Classroom Educator to join our team at Hillsboro ISD. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students and contributing to their intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the district's curriculum program and showcase your expertise in creating a supportive learning environment.
• Design and deliver instruction that caters to diverse learning styles, ensuring all students have equal opportunities to thrive.
• Collaborate with colleagues to establish instructional goals, objectives, and methods that meet district requirements and promote a cohesive educational experience.
• Create a classroom atmosphere that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and social-emotional growth, while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
• Work with students to set and achieve academic goals, providing individualized support and guidance to ensure their success.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with the appropriate certification.
• At least one year of student teaching or approved internship experience.
