From air conditioners to heating systems, you'll be the go-to expert for getting the job done right.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EWe offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, as well as a stable work environment where your growth is encouraged and supported.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EKey Responsibilities:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPerform maintenance and repair of residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDiagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, pinpointing the root cause of malfunctions and proposing effective solutions.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EConduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to uphold optimal system performance and prevent potential problems.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EInstall, repair, or replace various components, including compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EInteract with customers professionally and courteously, addressing their concerns, explaining repair options, and suggesting system improvements.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EMaintain accurate documentation of service activities, detailing equipment status, repairs conducted, parts utilized, and time allocated for each job.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ERemain informed about industry advancements, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance technical expertise and knowledge.\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ERequirements:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EMinimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC systems.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EOil Burner experience highly preferred.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EA valid EPA certification is ideal.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EOSHA, NATE or CFC certifications are a plus.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EProficient in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems with strong technical skills.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ESolid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EExcellent communication and customer service skills.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EAbility to work in various settings, including attics and crawl spaces.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPhysically capable of lifting 50+ pounds.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EAbility to work on call.\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cp\u003EIf you're a motivated and skilled HVAC professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply today.\u003C/p\u003E"}
