About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at InBloom Autism Services. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in special education, psychology, or a related field, and have extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for clients
  • Supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and make data-driven decisions to inform treatment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA

Requirements

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
  • Master's degree in special education, psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
