Cultivate Behavioral Health and Education is seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients, working collaboratively with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement effective treatment plans.

As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, conducting Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and various teaching/reinforcement methods in line with the Behavior Support Plan.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or College Degree required; Childcare, healthcare, or mental health experience preferred but not necessary as we offer comprehensive training.
  • Strong technology skills for data collection and entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while being an active participant who contributes to team activities, meetings, and training.
  • Pass a background screen, reference checks, and drug screen.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate should be able to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time standing as well as lift items up to 50 lbs. Endurance to move quickly from a seated position to a standing position to accommodate the treatment plan and/or for the safety of the patient.
