House Operations Manager

Job Summary:
- Oversee the operations and ensure quality services are delivered to individuals. Provide on-site supervision, coaching, and mentoring to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
- Ensure each individual receiving supports is afforded opportunities to grow, learn, and work in the community.
- Supervise DSPs to ensure the quality of supports and services.
- Create an environment that fosters teamwork and mutual respect.
- Address any situations that may arise and ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Manage house budget, petty cash, and individual accounts.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience working with vulnerable populations is required.
- Working knowledge of Minnesota Statutes.
- Training in basic supervisory skills, team building, and leadership is preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
- Background study clearance is required.
- Driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required.
- CPR certificate, First Aid, and Medication Administration training are required.
