About the Job

As a Material Handling Coordinator at HYTORC, you will play a critical role in the efficient operation of our warehouse. This involves ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked, stored, and shipped in a timely manner.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill customer requests by processing sales contracts in SAP, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that inventory levels are up-to-date and errors/issues are communicated to supervisors.
  • Transfer inventory between locations, tracking inbound and outbound shipments, and process all inventory transfers in SAP.
  • Conduct routine equipment checks to ensure safety and optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • Two years of prior experience in material handling, inventory management, or a related field required.
  • Ability to lift 25-75 pounds regularly and work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
