About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at KidsCare Home Health. As a pediatric therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with special needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients in a home health setting.
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and direct treatment sessions to address receptive and expressive language skills, speech fluency, vocal and oral motor competence, articulation, and auditory skills.
  • Collaborate with office staff and other disciplines to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and communicate effectively with families regarding treatment plans and progress.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education activities to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state-issued professional licensure.
  • Valid state driver's license.
  • CPR certification.
  • Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
  • Home health experience preferred.
