As a Geospatial Intelligence Instructor/Trainer, you will be responsible for providing instruction, instructional assistance, and scenario development support for intelligence personnel, teams, and units in support of Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction and instructional assistance to intelligence personnel, teams, and units in support of GEOINT.
- Develop and deliver training programs on Full Spectrum GEOINT, Full Motion Video, Forensic GMTI, Light Detection and Ranging, and GEOINT Analysis.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Minimum 8 years of Army Military Intelligence experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a 35G, 350G, 12Y, 125D; 3+ years tactical and 3+ years of operational experience as an intelligence professional spanning MICO, BCT, DIV-Corps level echelons.
- Minimum of 5 years operational experience with Program of Record GEOINT Systems.
- Graduate of Army Instructor School or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course.
- Proficiency in Army maintenance activities and applications.
- Preferred: DISMG Graduate.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirm completion of all developmental training and experiences for the GEOINT Instructor position.
- Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced.
- Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
- Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
- Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
- Ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
