Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule; 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Compensation: $40 - $50 per hour


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in achieving the organization's objectives related to employee engagement.
  • Support the open enrollment process, collaborating with HR team members to ensure accurate and efficient management within the HRIS system.
  • Facilitate the performance management process, including appraisals and compensation reviews.
  • Oversee employee rewards and recognition programs.
  • Guide the execution of employee engagement surveys, partnering with external consultants to analyze results and present findings to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Act as an internal consultant by analyzing and recommending solutions for human resource challenges.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to comprehend their goals and challenges, providing HR insights and solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Gather, compile, and create HR metrics and data from various sources, including HRIS, management and employee surveys, and employment records.
  • Prepare reports and analyses based on data results.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in an HR Business Partner capacity.
  • Experience in HR project design and implementation is essential.
  • Familiarity with Federal and State labor laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred experience with ADP or similar HRIS.
  • Proficient in Google Suite applications.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Strong business acumen, including problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
