Ophthalmology Specialist

We are seeking an academically oriented glaucoma specialist to join our faculty at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
Job Summary:This is an open-rank, full-time position in a clinician-educator track. The successful candidate will have strong clinical abilities, well-refined interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and commitment to MCW's academic missions.
Responsibilities:- Provide clinical care to patients at the Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin Eye Institute and possibly one or two half-days per week at satellite clinics.
- Teach Ophthalmology residents and participate in academic activities.
- Contribute to clinical or basic science research and have an interest in clinical or basic science research is desirable and could be supported with start-up.
- Board Certified/Eligible by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
- Completion of Glaucoma Fellowship program.
- Eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin.
