Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care goals
  • Supervise and delegate work to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • BS degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
  • Minimum one year of nursing experience
  • Current RN CT License
