Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Good Samaritan Society. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality resident-centered care, promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Provide bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing/undressing services to residents, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Meal Support: Assist residents with meals and snacks, providing water and supplements as needed, and promoting a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Transfer and Mobility: Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking, using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment to prevent falls and injuries.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing high-quality care to our residents.
