About the Role:
- Provide safe and effective patient care to children and families in our Inpatient Pediatric Unit.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in PICU and NICU/SCN.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of RN experience, with Inpatient Peds experience preferred.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse, registered to practice in Maryland.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
- PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
- Oncology certification within 1 year of hire.
