LPN Job Description

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team at Elderberry Health Care. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and assisting in the overall management of patient healthcare needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs
  • Assist with diagnostic procedures, such as sonography and medical imaging
  • Provide wound care and assist with dressing changes
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Assist with pain management techniques
  • Perform basic medical procedures, such as phlebotomy and IV therapy
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN license in [STATE]
  • Minimum [X] years of experience as an LPN (experience in a hospital or home care setting is preferred)
  • CPR certification
