Product Development Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned Product Development Specialist to spearhead the creation of innovative products that exceed customer expectations.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing, testing, and improving product formulas, as well as ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

About the Job
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for product development, driving growth and innovation through research, testing, and improvement of product formulas.
  • Ensure quality control and assurance for existing products, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and technological advancements, focusing on EPA registration for hard surface disinfectants and sanitizers.
Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research, develop, test, and improve product formulas using expert knowledge and technical skills.
  • Prepare and review comprehensive laboratory reports, standard operating procedures, and safety documentation.
  • Maintain and operate laboratory equipment, prioritizing safety and compliance with environmental health standards.
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in chemical tests and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with sales staff and customers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Remuneration

This role comes with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
