Caring Network is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Bilingual Center Director to lead our pregnancy care center. The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with a strong commitment to our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and oversee pregnancy peer counseling and support services to clients
- Contribute creatively to ministry development and effectiveness
- Support the operation of the hotline and client lead conversions
- Lead and supervise subordinate staff
- Plan and oversee center budget and expenditures
- Create reports related to client, staff, and center needs
- Contribute to annual planning and implement goals
- Assist in marketing opportunities and fundraising events
- Engage with partnership organizations and do presentations
- Recruit, interview, train, supervise, and oversee office volunteers
Requirements:
- A committed Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Maintains a consistent life-affirming philosophy
- Agrees with and upholds Caring Network's Statements of Faith and Principle and Core Values
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Enthusiasm for and commitment to the mission and strategy of Caring Network
- Adheres to clinic policies and procedures
- Lead, initiate, and participate in prayer as appropriate
- Ability to share the Gospel and answer questions in alignment with the Bible
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Experienced in administration, counseling, and human services
- Strong computer skills and problem-solving ability

- Organized, detail-oriented, flexible, harmonious, and teachable
- Calmly navigates rapidly changing priorities
- Exhibits consistent timeliness
- Works as part of a team with a positive, humble, truthful, and gentle attitude
