We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Admissions Specialist to join our team at North Shore Manor. As an Admissions Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient admissions process for our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Admissions Process Management: Assist with the admissions process for residents and families, ensuring all necessary information and paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Communication and Customer Service: Provide exceptional communication and customer service to residents, families, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident admissions, including medical records and other relevant documentation.
- Marketing and Outreach: Assist with implementing marketing plans and tactics to promote our facility and attract new residents.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including nursing, maintenance, and administration, to ensure a seamless and efficient admissions process.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in computer systems and software.
- Physical and Sensory Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds; ability to stand for long periods and move around the facility.
