Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aperion Care Vincennes. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and ensuring their overall well-being.

About the Role
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing routine charting duties, and developing individualized care plans.
  • Supervise and direct nursing assistants to ensure they follow established safety regulations and provide exceptional care to residents.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including medication administration, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • CURRENTLY LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE WITH A CURRENT UNENCUMBERED STATE LICENSE.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
  • CURRENT CPR CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
Salary Information

Our estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
