Senior Manager, Procurement Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our procurement strategy in different categories within Information Technology space. This role is designed for a visionary professional focused on covering from Procurement Strategy to Implementation of Sourcing projects across our international markets.

• Develop category strategies that align with organizational objectives, emphasizing operational excellence and innovation.
• Understand and develop recommendations and solutions to improve, automate and simplify processes, through existing tools and search for new tools
• Develops and maintains advanced category strategies in conjunction with business unit stakeholders across indirect spend categories
• Develops innovative approaches to strategic sourcing while using analytics and processes to determine scenarios, benefits, risks and change management impact of each of those options
• Develops and manages strong relationships with business unit stakeholders as well as accesses market intelligence to enable fact-based prioritization of opportunities
• Develops and executes complex supplier negotiations strategies
• Assists in managing supplier relationships and driving continuous improvement in areas of cost savings, quality, and risk management
• Address any escalated questions or concerns related to strategic sourcing policies, processes and decisions

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Business Process Management, Analytics, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, management consulting, advisory or professional services role with a demonstrated track record of results and increasing level of responsibility
• Adaptive to fast paced, constantly changing environments
• Ability to work as part of a global team to collaborate across geographic and organizational boundaries to deliver better business results and share best practices
• Deep subject matter expertise in strategic sourcing, including in-depth knowledge of industry structure, economic drivers, supplier solvency and competitive situations
• Excellent communicator with strong persuasion and influencing skills
• Robust analytical and critical thinking skills
• Specific expertise in designated indirect spend categories, as applicable
• Demonstrating strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) software

• MBA
• Hardware, Software, Parallel Equipment, Network, Telecom experience
• Retail or Consulting industry experience
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or SCMP (Supply Chain Management Professional) designations

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
