Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our Global Procurement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering value goals and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of procurement strategies, contract management, and analytics. You will be responsible for managing mid-level, non-strategic suppliers, collaborating with stakeholders to prepare RFx, and leading or assisting in contract negotiations for new and existing suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the management and sourcing of assigned material group.
  • Manage mid-level, non-strategic suppliers (price changes, monitoring On Time In Full, issue escalation, etc.).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to prepare RFx.
  • Actively seek new opportunities to grow spend under management.
  • Lead or assist in contract negotiations for new and existing suppliers.
What You'll Bring
  • Deep industry and product knowledge within the assigned commodity categories or construction industry.
  • Familiarity with competitive bidding strategies.
  • Firm understanding of supplier strategies within the industry and the desire to create mutually beneficial, long-term relationships.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to showcase work and ideas to senior leadership.
  • Driver mentality with the desire to deliver positive results for the company.
