Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation is seeking a highly skilled Nutrition Therapist to join our team in the Nutritional Services Department. As a key member of our healthcare team, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans for patients and residents in our long-term care facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics and be registered with the American Dietetic Association. Prior experience in nutrition or food services is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, residents, and healthcare staff. They will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of food service and upholding CMH's mission and departmental policies and procedures.
