Dietary Therapist

Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation (CMH) is seeking a highly skilled Dietary Therapist to join our Nutritional Services Department in our long-term care facilities. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping patients and residents meet their health goals by utilizing evidence-based research to create individualized nutrition plans.

A typical day will involve developing personalized diet plans, making modifications based on physicians' written orders, and documenting plan progress. You will provide expert diet and food safety guidance to residents and others. Our Dietary Therapist is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food service and an effective dietary therapy program by upholding CMH's mission and departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or related field
• Experience in nutrition or food services preferred
• American Dietetic Association Registration
