Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute end-to-end project management for compliance initiatives, business development, proposal creation, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their compliance needs, and providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to develop tailored solutions that meet client objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Provide thought leadership both internally and with external clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress, performance metrics, and compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to project teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field from a four-year college or university.
  • 5+ years of experience managing environmental projects, with completion on time and within budget.
  • Project Management Certification.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and industry standards.
  • Knowledge of compliance concepts and practices such as air permitting and modeling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license, and ability to travel to client offices and project sites as required.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
