Creative Production Manager (Remote)

Position Overview:

The Creative Production Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the refinement and enhancement of existing materials, crafting and applying design templates, and preparing files for production and release. This position requires a production specialist who operates with precision and guarantees the utmost accuracy during the final phases of design development. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, detail-focused, and possesses outstanding communication skills, committed to optimizing current processes and adopting industry-leading practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Creative Operations Lead to coordinate the creative production workflow for both print and digital initiatives, ensuring timely and precise delivery while upholding the highest quality standards in all outputs.
  • Identify and address project challenges proactively, brainstorming and implementing effective solutions, and escalating issues as necessary to mitigate disruptions in creative processes.
  • Encourage a culture of teamwork, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment, consistently demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance evaluations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across the production team before final delivery.
  • Translate and adapt established creative concepts into production-ready assets for print, web, and digital platforms.
  • Follow all established standards and processes, including file naming conventions, creative release methods, and proper file storage protocols.
  • Assist the internal creative team with various design tasks, including layout development, template creation, image resizing or cropping, retouching, and file conversion across multiple software applications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to secure cost-effective, high-quality production services, ensuring final deliverables meet all specifications.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in creative leadership, preferably within an in-house agency or similar environment.
  • At least 7 years of experience in creative and production execution across various marketing channels.
  • Extensive knowledge of print and digital production processes, including prepress, printing, digital media, and post-production.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), with additional experience in Microsoft Office; familiarity with XD and Figma is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a global context.
  • Self-motivated and solutions-oriented, proactive in initiating actions, streamlining workflows, and demonstrating outstanding organizational skills.
  • Ability to guide and mentor creative execution while critically assessing work streams for efficiency.
  • A strong creative portfolio showcasing capabilities in creative execution and problem-solving.

  • Significant experience navigating the complexities of highly regulated industries.

Total Base Pay Range: 88,000.00 USD Annual
