Virginia Jobs is seeking a part-time Assessment Center Operations Coordinator to deliver technical assistance, supervise examinations, and support overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Assessment & Testing Center Manager in managing facility operations
  • Engage effectively with various stakeholders
  • Oversee students during testing sessions
  • Implement center regulations
  • Manage technological resources
  • Contribute to special initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Experience in customer service
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to enforce policies and guidelines
  • Familiarity with testing and evaluation procedures

Additional Information:

A criminal background check is mandatory. Maximum of 29 hours per week, with no associated benefits.
