Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks involving electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and masonry work.
- Coordinate with Maintenance Personnel or Helpers assigned to specific projects.
- Follow project assignments or maintenance orders, adhering to established safety protocols.
- Keep supervisors informed of any work-related issues and unsafe practices.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance, including lubrication and cleaning of mechanical equipment.
- Perform carpentry tasks, such as constructing partitions and repairing floors.
- Install and service electrical systems, including switch panels and transformers.
- Maintain and repair overhead cranes and other machinery.
- Utilize welding equipment for repairs and modifications.
- Engage in plumbing tasks, including pipe installation and sprinkler system maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve operational issues across various systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training on safety standards and operational procedures.
Additional Duties:
- Address any operational problems and provide solutions.
- Be available for emergency call-ins outside of scheduled hours.
- Maintain responsibility for any issued keys to the facility.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, perform lifting and carrying tasks, and operate machinery. The physical demands include:
- Frequent lifting of 1-10 lbs.
- Occasional lifting of 11-20 lbs.
- Light to medium work capacity, with a maximum lifting requirement of 50 lbs.
Exposure to seasonal weather conditions may occur during work duties.
