Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough verification of patient benefits prior to appointments.
- Handle incoming inquiries from healthcare providers, patients, and insurance representatives regarding coverage.
- Utilize online resources to research eligibility information across various insurance providers.
- Act as a liaison among patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance companies to facilitate effective communication and information gathering.
- Address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly using appropriate resources.
- Obtain necessary referrals and authorizations for medical procedures and services as required.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience in customer service is preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
