Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellness Nurse LPN to join our team at HighPointe Assisted Living & Memory Care. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the health and well-being of our residents.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have a strong background in geriatric nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You will work collaboratively with our community nurses, caregivers, and medication personnel to ensure seamless care delivery and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the admission process for new residents, including initial assessments and care planning
  • Deliver care that meets or exceeds resident care plan requirements
  • Ensure timely and accurate medication administration
  • Document and report all care provided and resident observations

Requirements

  • LPN or RN licensure
  • Three years' experience in geriatric nursing, preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $34-$40 per hour, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and retirement savings options.
