">Job Description: We are seeking an Adjunct Professor to teach IGED classes, using a variety of teaching methods to include lecture, class discussion, demonstration labs, and projects. The successful candidate will be required to prepare and deliver relevant curriculum to students, focusing on improving their ethical reasoning skills while exploring academic themes.
">Required Skills and Qualifications: A Master's degree in Logic, Philosophy, Political Science, History, or an equivalent degree is required. Prior teaching experience or evidence of teaching potential and/or corporate/industry training is also necessary.
">Benefits: This part-time position is ineligible for benefits due to its temporary nature. However, candidates may be eligible for representation and require payment of union fees through direct payroll deduction.
">Other Requirements: Employment with the University of the District of Columbia is contingent upon a satisfactory background investigation. The determination of a 'satisfactory background investigation' is made at the sole discretion of the university. Candidates must also adhere to university policies and guidelines in all matters concerning academics and student/staff conduct.
