Position Overview:
We are in search of versatile Instrumentation and Controls Engineers to join our team and provide on-site support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess experience with Siemens, Rockwell, or Allen Bradley PLC systems or Wonderware SCADA. Responsibilities will include first response triaging, automation event reporting, and managing automation change controls.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for automation systems, identifying and executing optimization opportunities to enhance efficiency.
2. Collaborate with client teams to deliver technical support for automation systems, including troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis for system failures.
3. Partner with client representatives to establish and enforce automation change control procedures, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
4. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including client representatives, engineering teams, and vendors.
5. Oversee the automation event reporting process, including triaging, escalation, and resolution of issues.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in controls and automation engineering within a life sciences context.
- Proficiency with Siemens, Rockwell, or Allen Bradley PLC systems or Wonderware SCADA.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
