Responsibilities
  • Perform basic patient care duties, including vital sign collection, weighing patients, and collecting specimens.
  • Assist providers with examination and treatment of patients, as well as with procedures.
  • Contribute to patient flow through the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective care.
  • Answer phone calls, record messages, and assist providers with patient-related communications.
  • Assist with scheduling tests, results, and medication refills.
  • Administer medications and immunizations as ordered by providers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, including exam rooms and equipment.
  • Perform routine clerical duties, such as locating patient charts and completing forms.
Requirements
  • CERT LVN License in the state of employment or compact.
  • BLS certification.
